1. General Rules

• Sharing or transferring an account to a third party is prohibited.
• The user bears full responsibility for all activity carried out through their account.

2.2 Identity Verification

b5bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A National ID (NID), birth certificate, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. In the interest of security, we may request a password change at any time.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

There is a minimum age requirement to use the b5bd platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from holding an account or playing games on this platform.

By creating an account on b5bd, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If it is subsequently found that an account holder is below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

b5bd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). VIP benefits and cashback amounts are determined based on the user's activity and contributions. b5bd reserves the right to change a user's VIP tier at its own discretion.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

b5bd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games on the platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

6.1 Permitted Conduct

• All games must be played with honesty.
• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat on game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is prohibited.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed and an event has started, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with b5bd's policy.
• If involvement in match-fixing or other illegal activity is suspected, the bet will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• For placing bets on cricket, football, and other sports, the relevant rules for each sport apply.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is disrupted due to network interruption, server problems, or other technical reasons, b5bd will attempt to find a reasonable resolution. However, in such situations, b5bd's decision is final.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

b5bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
• If multiple accounts are being operated.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected.
• If illegal activity or money laundering is suspected.
• If proof is found that the account holder is a minor.
• In the case of a long-inactive account.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules. However, in cases of fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
